• Priority placement in the Ballroom

• Sponsor company banner placed next to your table

• Logo promotion on ESC platforms and iExpo materials

• 2 representatives

Additional Items

• Second Table - $200

• Additional Representatives - $60

  • Maximum of 4 representatives to a table​

• Electrical Power to Table - $25

  • One outlet provided to power screen displays or electrical component as needed.

  • NOTE: Electricity option is only available until January 12th!!

• Extra parking pass - $25

  • Good for admittance at 2nd Street Garage on the day of iExpo. The pass will pay the fee upon leaving and guarantee an open spot in the garage if purchased in advance.

Important Notes:

• There is a maximum of 4 representatives to a table and a maximum of 8 representatives if a second table is added

• Electricity will NOT be provided to tables automatically and must be purchased as an additional item before January 12th

• Complimentary coffee and water will be provided during the event

• Lunch at Cactus Grill is included for each representative 

• Parking in 2nd St Garage can only be guaranteed if a parking pass is purchased in advance
